Shipping/ Returns Policy
Every ARAAYEH piece is created with care, time, labor of skilled hands and made in small batches. We truly hope you love what you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once your order enters production or dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

2. Return & Exchange Window
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Requests must be made using the same email ID or phone number used while placing the order.
3. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Item must be unused and unwashed

Tags must remain intact

Original packaging must be included

No signs of wear, alteration, or damage
Please note: Slight variations in weave, colour, or texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted fabrics and are not considered defects.
4. What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns or exchanges for:

Size or fit concerns

Change of mind

Product not meeting expectations

Damaged or incorrect item received
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Refund Structure
To balance customer convenience and responsible production:
Prepaid Orders

Eligible for refund to original payment method.

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Payment gateway charges (5%) are non-refundable.
COD Orders

Eligible for store credit only.

Store credit is valid for 6 months and non-transferable.
Sale, Customized & Made-to-Order Pieces

These are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with images.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

Domestic returns: Reverse pickup may be arranged (subject to serviceability).

International returns: Customers must ship items back at their own cost using a trackable courier.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or store credit will be processed within 7 working days.
