Shipping/ Returns Policy

SHIPPING

  • Orders ship within 10–12 business days from the date of purchase.
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation once your order is placed.
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above INR 10,000.
  • A standard fee applies on orders below INR 10,000 (calculated at checkout).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders attract a flat fee of INR 300
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including pin code and mobile number, to avoid delays. Delivery is attempted twice; re-delivery costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International orders above INR 10,000 are accepted. 
  • A flat shipping charge of INR 2,500 applies (calculated at checkout).
  • Orders are delivered within 10–15 business days depending on location.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and handling charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. If the required size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for six months from the date of issue. We encourage you to review our size chart before placing an order. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 3 days of delivery at nandini.kedia@araayeh.com so we may assist you promptly.

Please note:

  • Customized, made-to-order, and discounted pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective).
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

REFUNDS

Every ARAAYEH piece is created with care, time, and the labor of skilled hands, and hence we do not offer refunds on orders.

  • Refunds are only issued in case of fulfillment errors (wrong or missing items).
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
